All these games that you mentioned would sell their soul to be Metal Gear Solid.
That's like saying Peyton Manning should study Tony Romo to see how to be a good quarterback.
Metal Gear Solid has been great since BEFORE PSOne. Its formula works just fine not actually it is great.
I think Yi-Long is correct.
I don't own a Wii, nor am I a Metroid fan. But I own a PS3 and a 360 and Metroid is the only game on the Wii that appealed to me.
The fact is that lots and lots of CRAP games sell a million copies on name recognition because they are sequels to known franchises. The word is that Metroid:Other M was actually a GOOD game. I saw some ads for it, so it had advertising. Further still, the Wii is at about 70 million units sol...
But is it accurate? They didn't say anything about its accuracy. The default 360 d-pad is horribly inaccurate. I like to play 3-D fighting games and for that I need a perfectly accurate d-pad. Hence I use my PS3 for them. Still, if I had an accurate D-pad I might get more use out of my 360.
Two Worlds sucked. I am sure no cares about Two Worlds II.
Being a Devil May Cry rip-off may not be such a bad thing now.
At least Raiden still has white hair.
Ninja Theory vs. Team Ninja
Bad-ass Ryu vs. Dante Antoniades
I think Ninja Gaiden 3 as well.
I hope they don't censor themselves like they did in Sigma 2 by adding (takes deep breath).....
New characters
New modes
New weapons
New difficulty
New costumes
New enemies
Online co-op
AND
True 720p graphics across the entire game.
(breathing fast because from being out of breath)
When you consider that Sigma 1 had a new character and Sigma 2 had 3 new cha...
I am commenting because I am sure I will need to read this later.

I think the point of what Morganfell wrote was his comment on the phrase:
"Competition breeds innovation"
Specifically his primary point is that the phrase is false when it refers to the effect of multiple consoles on the quality of video games.
I agree with him.
Having two different consoles with roughly equal shares of the market actually holds back innovation of video game software. Software development become...
Successful release? This game had sold less then 100,000 copies, last I heard. They call that successful?
Some of them are good stuff, but some of them are fat girls hiding behind the gi-normous boobs that come with being fat.
Rangiku Matsumoto has gi-normous boobs and is mature and full-figured, but very in shape and not at all fat. A woman like that would be a true freak of nature....also known as a common woman in anime and manga.

Err... Uncharted 1 & 2, KZ2, GOW3, GT:5, and HS graphics are completely impossible on 360.
If they were possible we would have seen them matched by now.
Yes, you can. They should either sell the product or not. Once they sell it, the person who bought it deserves ALL the money from its re-sale.
I agree. Calling a product a service in order to keep charging people to use hardware that they already own ought to be illegal.
I always played fighting game when I was a kid. SF2 came to arcades when I was in the 7th or 8th grade. I never could quite get used to the way the 2D characters could only jump or block. When I discovered my first 3-D fighter, VF4, it was like losing my virginity.
The ability to sidestep transforms a fighter into something completely different. You realize that you thought you what it was but never knew anything at all.
The biggest problem facing the...
Had to comment hear because I have a feeling that I will need to info later on.
I disagree with xskipperx82 as well.
Figboy is right.
1) PS3 had a good first year line up.
2) In 2006 and 2007 the PS3 anti-hype train was in full effect. N4G was brutally anti-PS3 back then. When I look at N4G now and remember what it was like then, I find it remarkable.
**** If you are wondering, N4G and the internet in general turned a corner when Guerilla began releasing Killzone 2 trailers that showed that KZ2 had reach i...
I didn't know that about Assasin's Creed 2 on PC. But I must agree, that sucks.
